Returns & Refund Policy
At AutoBids, we want you to be confident in every purchase. While most of our products are final sale due to their used and specialty nature, we do allow returns under certain conditions outlined below.
Eligible Return Items
- Engines that were delivered damaged or non-functional (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
- Items received that do not match the product listing (wrong part, model, or specs)
- Engines that do not fit your vehicle only if the compatibility was guaranteed by our team
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to improper installation or handling
- Products marked "as-is" or "final sale" in the listing
- Any item installed, disassembled, or modified
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days after return authorization is issued.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@autobidseller.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
- Wait for our team to confirm eligibility and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the packaging.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide (buyer pays return freight unless due to our error).
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships without penalty. Once shipped or prepared for freight, cancellation may not be possible.
